7 Day Return Policy

We would like to keep you happy and convenient and hassle-free to enjoy the item you bought from us, We want you to know you can return easily almost all product within 7 days of purchase

Product should not to be open box. It should to be in original state and condition when purchased and received. In this case, the delivery and pick up charges should be paid by customer.
For open products, you should contact warranty and after sales service provider of the brand.
We’re unable to refund or exchange if product is not as originally given.
Defective products should be reported within 3 working days after purchase date, otherwise we won’t accept that after this period of time.
Defective items will be considered for a refund or replace after our technical team approved the built-in problems.
Return policy will not be accepted for any kinds of Software /Games / Titles & Gift Cards/Personal care products.
In case of refund, it would take 4, 5 working days depends on the Bank and its internal flow.
If paid by credit card; will return back to your credit card account you initially paid with only.
If the item arrives dead/faulty
If your item is faulty or not in working condition due to a product defect or not functioning as it is supposed to – then you can still return it. We will arrange a pickup of the item to be returned to the seller. The seller will check the complaint and see if it is genuine. Upon their confirmation, we will process the refund to customer with the same payment mode like if you paid by your credit / debit card or you paid by cash.

Within 7 days of receiving the item(s):

If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to seven (7) days to do so, so long as the item is in the same condition as received and with the original packaging intact.

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind on a bought item, If after making the purchase online and you still have not received the item, you could still cancel your order. If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card, other payment cards) then the money would be refunded, but due to individual card providers, the amount may take time to reflect in your card statement.

In all circumstances you can contact the Customer Service Team through the Contact Us page for a return of an item or refunds.

The item will be checked for the packing conditions and if it is still in sellable condition, the money will be refund back to you.

If any kinds of Bank charges to revert amount, it will be deduct from your side. Shipping fees will be deducted from customer only.

After 7 days from receiving the item(s):

If there is nothing wrong with the item and you just want to return it, we will arrange such a return however that is dependent on their acceptance and policies. If its unique item, which is just order for you as per your demand only then not possible, If it is regular sellable item then will take minimum 20% of product invoice value and we will return remaining money if cash or credit/ debit card.

If item is not working, we will send it to our supplier / manufacture for replacement product for customer or else we will make sure it’s properly service and working unit(s)

Refund

In case of refund for delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping and pickup fees) unless the products are faulty or defective.
For products not out for delivery, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipping.
Refund Online Payment
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Guarantee and/or Warranty is offered on items sold on Galaxycomict.com
There are different types of supplier with Galaxycomict.com and hence different Warranty offers. Please read the offer note / remark against each item listed carefully to understand policies and procedures. If the item(s) bought is from Galaxycomict.com is not responsible for those items however as a buyer you have several recourses for any complaints in regards to individual supplier product

As per our suppliers all most all products sold on Galaxycomict.com are brand new and 100% genuine. wherever mention Refurbish product – it has 7 days to 30 days’ warranties as per supplier commitment, for this Refurbish stock we do not take any responsibility we try to provide satisfactory service to customer.

Payment

Galaxycomict will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
